Jumpstart Johnson County

The Johnson County Dual Credit JUMPSTART program helps provide a Jumpstart on post-secondary educational opportunities for Johnson County High School students by raising funds for dual credit scholarships.

The program was started because they believe that High School students who choose to launch their college career early by taking dual courses, represent a good investment in the future success of the county. 

They awarded their first scholarships to students in the spring of 2019, and from each year forward high school students from each ISD in Johnson County are invited to apply for a dual credit scholarship to attend Hill College. The effects of their efforts are only limited by the amount of donations they are able to receive!

Which is why Cheldan Homes is proud to be a sponsor for their inaugural fundraising event, Johnson's County Got Talent: Presented by Jumpstart. Which helps to support kids in their quest to obtain dual credit courses to advance their education!
